According to reports, the minister has been given tight security in the country to protect him throughout his stay there.
The minister who was accompanied by some of his aides also met with top Saudi authorities to thank them for the nice treatment.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian Senate on Wednesday asked the Minister of Defence, Mansur Dan-Ali to withdraw his statement which said, killings in Nigeria was as a result of anti-grazing laws by Benue and Taraba states.
The minister recommended the suspension of anti-grazing law operational in Benue,Taraba and Ekiti states.
He said the suspension will calm the tension in the volatile states, especially in the middle belt.
