Six terrorist gangs involved in vandalism were arrested by Enugu Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps.

Command Relations Officer Denny Manuel said the suspects were arrested on April 2, 2023, along with Garrison Command, the 82nd

Those arrested were Zakari Ishaka, 25 Katsina; Amadu Danladi, 40, Kano; 19-year-old Abdulkareem Haruna, Katsina; Ousman Idris (19) Canoe; Musa Hamza (23) Kano and Arma Yau Magaji (42) Katsina.

Manuel said the arrest was made possible by multiple intelligence exchanges between the Corps and the Nigerian military.

The problem is;

“After much anticipation and gathering information about their misdeeds, our men arrested the suspects while transporting Nigeria Railway Corporation Eastern District Enugu’s damaged train slippers in a registered truck. It left BSA 189 XA.

“Even the items confiscated from the suspects; a lot of train shoes, cutting tools, and other track accessories plus a BSA 189 XA registered truck.

“The suspects are already assisting the Corps in its investigation to release other perpetrators and their accomplices.”
